1990 WC Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before you start

By using the 1990 WC website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 1990 WC and the user.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full Legal Name (as shown on your National ID or Passport)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Date of birth (to verify 18+)
• Valid Email Address

Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time. For large withdrawal amounts, 1990 WC may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

All transactions on 1990 WC are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 1990 WC does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, blockchain network fees may apply for crypto payments.

Deposit Limits:

• BKash & Nagad: minimum ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per day
• Rocket & Upay: Minimum ৳200
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳5,000

Withdrawal Limits:

• Standard Account: Daily maximum ৳50,000

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the original deposit — this is an international anti-money laundering requirement. Withdrawals are processed in an average of 7 minutes, though verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.

Once a bet is confirmed on 1990 WC, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so review all details carefully before placing your bet. Odds may change at any time; your bet will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.

Bet Cancellation Conditions:

• If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed
• In the event of incorrect odds being published (technical error)
• If a match ends before the scheduled time
• If evidence of match-fixing is found

1990 WC is not liable for any bets missed due to loss of internet connectivity during live betting. Placing bets on the same match with the same outcome from multiple accounts is considered arbitrage betting and is strictly prohibited.

The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum bet limit varies by market — typically ranging from ৳50,000 to ৳5,00,000.

All bonuses and promotional offers at 1990 WC are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to its applicable terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active
• Withdrawals from the bonus wallet are not permitted until the rollover requirement has been met
• Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days

• Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to reclaim funds by filing a complaint with your bank after a payment has been made.
• Hacking or Bot Use: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using automated programs.

1990 WC reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspected Terms Violation or Fraud
• Providing False Identity Information
• Failure to Cooperate with KYC Verification
• Engaging in Prohibited Activities
• Requesting Self-Exclusion

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting support. If there is a remaining balance, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
